At Rajiya Collections, we take utmost care in delivering quality, handpicked ethnic wear. We request you to read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order.

Note: Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.

Returns are accepted only in case of physical damage or manufacturing defect, subject to the conditions below:

A full parcel opening video is mandatory (from opening to product display).
The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited, showing the shipping label.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Share the video and details via email or WhatsApp.

After verification, if approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as applicable.

3. Refunds (If Approved)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method or bank account.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Return/Refund

Return or refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase
Size-related issues (sarees are generally free-size unless customized)
Courier delays beyond our control
Missing parcel opening video
Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling

5. International Orders

All international orders are final.
No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are allowed unless the product is damaged and valid proof is provided as per policy.
