At Rajiya Collections, we are committed to delivering quality ethnic wear to your doorstep with care and reliability. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Across India

  • Internationally (shipping charges & delivery timelines vary by country)

2. Shipping Charges (India)

  • All India: FREE

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return, refusal, or failed delivery due to incorrect address details.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • All India: 5–8 business days

  • International Orders: 15–30 days (depends on country & package weight)

Shipping Partners: DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery and other trusted courier services.

4. International Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination.

  • Estimated shipping cost will be shared at checkout or via email/WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer at delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation message via email or WhatsApp

  • A tracking number and direct tracking link

If tracking details are not received within 2 days, please contact us.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays, weather conditions, or natural calamities

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • High order volume during festive or sale periods

We will keep you informed and assist wherever possible.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
Rajiya Collections will not be responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone numbers

If an order is returned due to these reasons, re-shipping charges will apply.
